If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase customer has a total of 14 days from receipt of merchandise to obtain an RMA # and return merchandise to our office.  Please be advised that customers will be responsible for the original and additional shipping cost to return their merchandise. We highly recommend but do not require you insure the merchandise and use a parcel delivery service that can track your package. Customers are responsible for the merchandise until it reaches us. Wearing Makeup, perfume, deodorant, that soils and or leaves a scent on the merchandise will void your rights to a refund.
