We do realize that on occasion our customers may not always be satisfied with their purchase so we have a very simple return policy. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase customer has a total of 14 days from receipt of merchandise to obtain an RMA # and return merchandise to our office.  Please be advised that customers will be responsible for the original and additional shipping cost to return their merchandise. We highly recommend but do not require you insure the merchandise and use a parcel delivery service that can track your package. Customers are responsible for the merchandise until it reaches us.  *All merchandise that is returned must still have all hang tags attached, removing hand tags will void your right to a refund. Wearing Makeup, perfume, deodorant, that soils and or leaves a scent on the merchandise will void your rights to a refund. Smoking, eating or marking the clothes in any shape form or fashion will void your right to a refund. Please use caution when trying on merchandise. Merchandise that has evidence that it has been worn will also void your right to a refund. Furthermore, merchandise that does not reach us within 14 days allotted will void your right to a refund.
